For over a decade, the Baltimore Ravens have had one of the most talented rosters in the NFL, but under Head Coach John Harbaugh, that potential has been squandered. It’s time for accountability. It’s time for change. The #RavensFlock deserves better than John Harbaugh.
Why John Harbaugh Must Go
1. Historic Collapse Record
17 blown double-digit leads—the most by any NFL head coach since 1991.
Instead of closing out games, Harbaugh’s teams repeatedly crumble under pressure, costing the Ravens wins, playoff seeding, and championships.
2. Coaching Mismanagement
Hired an inexperienced defensive coordinator who is wasting elite defensive talent by failing to enforce fundamental schemes — such as containment and leverage
Repeated, end-of-game meltdowns allow chunk plays and easy sideline yardage in critical moments.
3. Silencing the Media
Empowered Chad Steele, Senior VP of Communications, to ban local reporters (WNST) and deny media credentials.
Instead of accountability, the Ravens silence tough questions—putting PR spin over truth.
4. Toxic Culture of Leadership
Instead of accountability and X’s and O’s, Harbaugh repeatedly falls back on “thoughts and prayers” as a scapegoat for why his game plans succeed or fail. Strategy is replaced with platitudes.
Harbaugh has never once pushed back on public officials calling our city a “hell hole.”
Harbaugh also led the organization during Justin Tucker’s alleged decade of sexual assaults — a stain on the Ravens’ reputation. Lack of transparency and accountability at the top allowed this alleged misconduct to remain unchecked.
5. Wasting Lamar Jackson
Lamar Jackson is a two-time MVP, a generational quarterback talent. Yet under Harbaugh, the Ravens have failed to even reach a Super Bowl.
Every year wasted is another year of Lamar’s prime gone.
The Bottom Line
The Baltimore Ravens deserve better. Their fans deserve better. Lamar Jackson and the rest of this roster deserve a coach who can maximize their potential, not squander it.
John Harbaugh’s time has run its course. It’s time to move on.
